A: Unlike commercial ghee made from cream, Bilona ghee is made by boiling milk, cooling it to form curd, and then churning the curd to obtain butter (Makkhan). This butter is then slow-cooked to produce ghee, ensuring it retains the full range of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
